I'm a gal who's patiently waiting for the big 21 to arrive and basically a typical stressed-out student in Uni. Uni takes up about 50% of my life and thankfully the other half is taken up by God, my family and friends and my dearest sweetest, nicest "Teddy Bear, Clown, Entertainer and Lovable Sweetie".. Am thankful to God for everything and for the people around me... Loves sports and Life!!! CARPE DIEM!!!

Shopping - A Thing of the Past
Back in JC days, i was notoriously known as the shopping queen.
After school, i shopped at hangouts such as northpoint, causeway point and on friday and saturdays, i was hangin' out in orchard's far east..
Galfrens i had for company were aplenty.. I'm sure if you ask ms. kitying, ms. sang and ms. shiva, they can testify this. I can't remember when or how or why i got the status of "Shopping Queen" in CTG210.
But sad to say, the passion is no longer there. Now, shopping queen is going to step down and just retire... SHOCKED?! don't be... i realised that things aren't as worth buying as they used to be.. i wasn't attracted to things as quickly as i used to be.. but perhaps i can attribute it to the dwindling savings that i have that makes me depressed and i try to scrimp a bit here and there.
The shopping places have all become soooo many and soooo... crowded that my favourite pastime was more of a battle of the fittest than one of leisure.
Bugis Village, well known for its bargains and buys is sooo packed during the weekend that i think i should have gone there on a weekday instead. Moreover, the confusing new layout of the place just makes me.. dizzy... haha... Till i don't know where i've been and don't know where i saw something that i fancied. so i just give it up in the end.
ms. shamala used to tell me to buy whatever i fancy because once i don't and it's gone, i'll regret. haha.. but now.. i think i just don't care. the attitude that i have for shopping is not the same as before. it's a thing of the past. it was part of my life back in the schooling days where i had nothing much to do after school and just spent time and money on shopping... haha...
well, times and things have changed... so... yep.. i'm hereby stepping down from my position of shopping queen... thank you.
